ToughSonic®-200 ultrasonic sensors are an economical solution for liquid level measurement of acids, bases, and chemical tanks. The chemical-resistant transmitters include heavy-duty electronics and a ruggedized piezoelectric transducer housed in a rugged polyvinylidene fluoride (Kynar®) enclosure.

 

The TS-200 series measures a variety of volatile and non-volatile liquids: diesel and oils in fuel storage tanks, chemicals utilized in the paper and food processing industries, agrichemicals used on fields, and benign liquid level applications.

 

ToughSonic chemical sensors also provide the same reliable functionality of their general-purpose counterparts: distance ranging, flood monitoring, proximity detection, and pump and valve automation, even in the harshest industrial environments.
