About the ToughSonic®-200.14

Acids, bases, and chemical tanks of all kinds meet their match versus the ToughSonic®-200 series. The chemical-resistant ultrasonic sensor design includes heavy-duty electronics and a ruggedized transducer protected in a rugged polyvinylidene fluoride (Kynar®) housing.

 

TS-200 ultrasonic sensors measure a variety of corrosive liquids: diesel fuel in rail locomotives and storage tanks, chemicals in the paper and food processing industries, pesticides and fertillizers utilized in agriculture, and benign liquid level applications.

 

ToughSonic chemical sensors also provide the same reliable functionality of their general-purpose counterparts for precise distance ranging, proactive flood monitoring, proximity and object detection, roll diameter, and general industrial automation in harsh environments.

The TS-200 series is built tough with a chemical-resistant PVDF housing, epoxy-potted heavy-duty electronics, and isolated transducers.
