If you ever need to return an ultrasonic sensor for evaluation, reprogramming, or repair, first contact Senix Customer Service to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Senix will open a repair order and provide you with a form to include with your shipment.

Senix will evaluate your sensor and provide a report with recommendations. Ultrasonic sensors under warranty are evaluated without charge. There is a charge to evaluate all other sensors. Please do not send any sensor to Senix without first obtaining an RMA.

We use the sensors to measure water during the summer, ice and snow during the winter.  They have been working very well.  The waterproof SS case you put it in is a major plus during extreme weather events.  Love the PC feature.
