Manufacturing Manager

Senix Corporation is now hiring for a full-time Manufacturing Manager to lead a small, dedicated team in the production of non-contact ultrasonic sensors.

Essential Functions

This is a critical, hands-on role which oversees all areas of manufacturing. This will include, but isn’t limited to:

  • Maintaining our high standards and ensure that products conform to established standards
  • Directing a tight manufacturing schedule that is apt to change with limited notice and within an approved budget
  • Helping to administer Senix’s ISO9001:2015 program
  • Working with the Management Team on business planning, and process improvements

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Know when to delegate
  • Mentor, train, lead, inspire, and work alongside the rest of the production team
  • Ensure stock level is consistent with need
  • Have experience with custom electronics manufacturing
  • Understand ERP and/or MRP systems

  Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or production management, preferably in a process-oriented operation and/or related industry
  • Excellent through-hole soldering skills
  • Experience working with manufacturing-based technology, processes, and principles
  • Professional communication skills, the ability to ask discerning and intelligent questions to solve problems sight unseen, and 100% follow-through on each interaction

Preferred Experience:

  • BA/BS in industrial, mechanical, or business administration, or a 4-year technical degree in a related discipline
  • Experience with ISO9001:2015 processes and monitoring
