Returning a Sensor

If you ever need to return an ultrasonic sensor for evaluation, reprogramming, or repair, first contact Senix Customer Service to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA).

 

Prior to providing an RMA number, Senix will require the sensor serial number and a brief summary of the problem.

 

Senix will open a repair order and provide you with a form to include with your shipment. Senix will evaluate your sensor and provide a report with recommendations.

 

Ultrasonic sensors under warranty are evaluated without charge. There is a charge to evaluate all other sensors.

 

Please do not send any sensor to Senix without first obtaining an RMA.
