Inventory Systems

ToughSonic® non-contact ultrasonic sensors are utilized in a variety of industries for liquid level measurements. They enhance inventory management by measuring distances to items on conveyor belts, to production equipment, and material levels within containers.
While sensors work without direct contact, they endure exposure to the elements without impacting accuracy or reliability. These measurements are used in inventory systems to maintain product integrity, track stock levels, automate processes, and trigger alerts.
Ensure precise bulk material inventory, prevent overstocking or stockouts at plants or worksites, and provide insights into planning and forecasting—all with a ToughSonic sensor.
Senix sensors are built TOUGH, designed to last, and made in the USA.
Benign Liquid Applications
General purpose models are constructed with 316 stainless steel with protected, potted-in electronics.
Choose a standard ToughSonic when storing liquids such as water, wet ingredients for food processing, slurries, oils, or other harmless, non-chemical liquids.

Chemical Applications
ToughSonic-200 sensors, Senix's chemical-resistant models, are made with Kynar® housings and sealed electronics to endure even the harshest conditions.
These sensors are ideal for chemicals that are compatible with Kynar® homopolymer. Compatibility ensures the ToughSonic-200 is able to provide utmost precision in liquid level measurements and fulfill a long service life.

ToughSonic® Provides Automation Solutions
Ultrasonic sensors can also be utilized to monitor processes. Save labor, preserve safety, cut down on waste, and ensure automation is being carried out exactly as it should.

Monitor Inventory Systems On-Site or Remotely
ToughSonic-100 and ToughSonic-200 products have multiple analog and switch outputs compatible with most industrial equipment.
Connect sensors with BinCloud® bulk inventory software to receive liquid level measurements, view historical data, and check inventory levels from the worksite or on your mobile device.
ToughSonics can also be easily integrated into existing systems or the local network.
Plus, SensorView™ software for PC allows users to configure over 80 sensor settings, implement temperature compensation, and so much more.
