Conflict Minerals Statement
At Senix, we are committed to ethical sourcing and responsible manufacturing. This includes compliance with Conflict Minerals regulations and ensuring our products do not contain 3TG metals—tin, tungsten, tantalum, or gold—sourced from conflict-affected regions, such as the Democratic Republic of Congo and adjoining countries.
While Senix is not a publicly traded company and is not required to report Conflict Mineral usage under the Dodd-Frank Act, we take a proactive stance on human rights and environmental protection. We work closely with our suppliers to prevent 3TG metals from entering our supply chain, ensuring our ultrasonic sensors meet the highest quality and ethical standards.
Senix remains dedicated to continuous evaluation and improvement of our sourcing policies. If you require a copy of the EICC/GeSI CMRT, please contact a Senix sales representative.
